~Why should I order from Mazel Memories?

We are the original, one-of-a-kind, premiere acrylic artists, that's why!  Our templates range from exquisitely designed to the most whimsical.  Our artists are professionals who know how to capture your special moments, turning them into works of art. All images are printed directly onto the back of the plaque thereby assuring the best possible look and vibrancy of the colors. If she could have, even the Mona Lisa would have ordered a Mazel Memory!

 

~How do I place an order?

It's easy.  Just click "Place An Order" on our website and we will take you through the process, step-by-step, including picking out your template and uploading your photo.

 

~What kind of photo do I submit?

You need a digital, high resolution minimum 975 pixels x 1575 pixels for a 4"x 6" plaque. For the 8"x 10" & the 11.25"x 16.5" plaques we need minimum  2100 X  2700 pixels.

 

~When does Mazel Memories ship my order?

Your plaque is shipped to you within 3-4 weeks from the time you approve your order.  

 

~Do you ship internationally?

Of course.

 

~Do I pay sales tax?

We know, we know ... no one likes it, but sales tax is automatically added to your purchase if you live in Maryland.  

 

~If my order is a gift, can it be shipped to the recipient?

Absolutely!  Your plaque's destination information will be filled out when you place your order.

 

~Do you do custom orders?

Are you kidding?  Of course we will for you.  If you can't find what you are looking for in our original templates, send us your idea and we will work with you to create something beautiful. There will be an added charge for custom work.

 

~What if I'm dissatisfied with my Mazel Memories plaque?

This will never happen.  We are so sure because before your premium plaque is made, we email you a final sample rendition of what it will look like.  Only after you have approved that, does it go to the factory.  There are absolutely no surprises when your completed plaque arrives.
